Grupo Attia is a diversified asset management, development and real estate investment platform focused on the residential, multifamily and senior housing markets.
Active Living International developed a design and operations workshop and tour for Grupo Attia to support their entrance into the senior housing market in Colombia.
These efforts where followed up with a multi-pronged effort to support their entrance into the senior living operations business and ongoing operations monitoring and support including pre-opening efforts on projects in two different markets.
