Casey Moore has 26 years of capital markets experience with 23 years specifically focused on seniors housing and long term care investments. He is currently Managing Director, Agency Finance at Lancaster Pollard LLC. As Director at Berkeley Point Capital, Casey co-managed the Senior Housing Group.  He served with Prudential Mortgage Capital as Principal, Red Mortgage Capital as Senior Managing Director in the Senior Housing Group, and with Bank United/Washington Mutual as Director of Healthcare Lending and Senior Vice President of Specialty Finance.  Dating back to 1986, Casey has lending and credit experience with Fleet Bank and Bank of Boston. Casey is on the Executive Board of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA), has served three terms on the Board of Directors for the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Long Term Care (NIC), is a member of the Committee of Healthcare Finance for FHA financing, and is active with the Boston chapter of Aging 2.0. Casey has in-depth understanding of the various capital sources and structures used for financing new and existing seniors developments. During his years in the seniors housing space, Casey has served as:
