Casey Moore

Casey Moore  has 26 years of capital markets experience with 23 years specifically focused on seniors housing and long-term care investments. He is a managing director at Lument where he co-manages the western region seniors housing and healthcare production team. He is responsible for agency financing for seniors housing driving opportunities through the firm’s regional banking staff while enhancing the firm’s industry-leading agency loan origination platform.

Since joining Lument legacy firm, Lancaster Pollard in 2016, Casey has played an instrumental role in the firm’s ascension as a leading Fannie Mae seniors housing lender with more than $400 million in closed transactions. He previously served as a director at Berkeley Point Capital, a principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, and a senior managing director at RED Capital Group.

Casey earned his bachelor’s from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Boston College.
