Henri Moeremans d’Emaus
is currently an independent consultant active in the promotion
and development of international trade, real estate and industrial
projects who contributes substantially to Active Living International’s
activities in Europe.
Since 1998, Mr. Moeremans d’Emaus has been active in
identifying attractive health care services sectors for investment
purposes and development throughout Europe. He has conducted
market research on the independent and assisted living industry
in the Benelux countries as well as on the home care, outpatient
clinics and nursing home sectors in Italy. Mr. Moeremans d’Emaus
has also conducted significant research on these sectors in
Spain and France.
His 30 years of experience in international sales and contractual
negotiations and his extensive network of contacts at decision-making
level in more than 25 countries in Europe, North Africa, the
Middle East and South America have resulted in the successful
conclusion of numerous contracts. Mr. Moeremans d’Emaus
was also a co-founder of a multi-national engineering company.
In addition to English, Mr. Moeremans d’Emaus is fluent
in French, Italian and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan
in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
