David P. Collins was a founder (1981) and member of the Board of ARV Assisted Living Inc., (NASDAQ:SRS) one of the largest assisted living companies in the United States. He has more than 30 years experience in the senior housing industry and has served on several public, private, and charitable boards. David received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Anseim College, Manchester, New Hampshire. Further courses included graduate studies at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. David is conversant in Spanish and has working knowledge of Arabic.
