CEMEX of Monterrey, Mexico, retained Active Living International to formulate a market study and feasibility analysis for the development of active adult (50+) housing in Mexico. The study identified several desirable and attractive markets for second home and retirement communities and led to the acquisition of property for a One Hundred Million dollar active adult project to be built in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico for Sensara Partners.
